EsVee Group
Highlands is the first infrastructure development project undertaken by the Esvee Group, which is promoted by Mr.Vijay Kumar Gupta, the Chairman and Managing Director of the Rs 1800 crore Gujarat Ambuja Exports Limited (GAEL). GAEL is a public listed company on BSE.
Established in 1983, GAEL has carved a niche for itself in the global market through exports and international businesses. Today GAEL's activities include a fully-owned subsidiary in Singapore and plants in Sri Lanka. While GAEL uses India's locational advantage to forge ahead in the international market, the EsVee Group intends to explore the huge potential in infrastructure development in India.
Ishya Group
The Bangalore-based Ishya Group has interests in the realty and hospitality sectors and asset and portfolio management services. The Group's recently launched chain of Ishya Microtels, Boutique hotels - small, luxury city residences - is a revolutionary concept in the rapidly evolving Indian hospitality business. The Ishya Group also has infrastructure development projects in Bangalore and Mysore with an arm that specialises in realty, insurance and mutual fund portfolio management.
Highlands is the first joint project by the Ishya Group and the Esvee Group. And it is intended as a model project for the ones to follow.
